— Search for and qualify contacts and companies, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly requirements;
— Launch various outbound campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and email;
— Work with responses, write personalized messages, warm up, and follow up with prospects;
— Schedule introductory calls and conduct personal research on contacts and companies before the calls;
— Maintain and manage all information in CRM;
— Participate in the improvement and optimization of processes for the lead generation department, which includes jointly developing new strategies, testing hypotheses, writing new message templates, testing new tools, and more.
