— 2-3 years of experience as a traffic manager in complex (grey) niches.
— Successful experience working with sources of adult/dating traffic and achieving KPIs on ROMI.
— Ability to generate creative ideas and propose new approaches in promotion.
— Experience in testing and optimizing advertising campaigns.
— Proficiency in working with adult and mainstream DSP (advertising networks) such as TrafficJunky, TrafficFactory, TrafficStars, PropellerAds, ExoClick, Tacolo.co, Zeropark, Mirelia, etc.
— Preference — the ability to provide recent statistics screenshots to demonstrate achievements.
