TechOps Lead (L3)
— 3+ years of experience in the position of P3 technical support and above;
— Work experience with Windows Desktop, Linux, Unix;
— Work experience with ShellPowerShell;
— Work experience with Terraform, Ansible;
— Work experience with Kubernetes, Docker;
— Excellent knowledge Active Directory/DNS;
— Excellent knowledge Microsoft Windows Server family;
— Excellent knowledge Veeam Backup and Recovery;
— Understanding Cloudflare;
— Understanding NGINX;
— Knowledge of English — В2.

— Provide guidance to the Maintenance Team as part of the tech ops team to manage and operate IT infrastructure;
— Lead and be responsible for monitoring and managing production environments that deliver services;
— Design and control a framework of processes and procedures for the day-to-day operations of the team, and conduct continuous improvement;
— Provide systems engineering and operational support guidance for the infrastructure components (including, but not limited to virtualization and backups);
— Monitor and oversee the entire system team operation and ensure all day-to-day issues and activities are addressed according to the appropriate urgency/severity;
— Manage and maintain an up to date IT assets and patch information list, documented processes for operations, maintenance, and systems requests;
— Monitor the health and availability of the infrastructure, attend to faults and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems;
— Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, e.g. updating of relevant security devices, applying critical patches to operating systems and applications;
— Making technical decisions when working with applications;
— Mentoring for L1 and L2 engineers;
— Interact with Engineers and Managers;
— Handle incident, service requests, and change requests.
