SRE/Site Reliability Engineer

Required skills
— Terraform basic knowledge;
— Excellent service-oriented skills and a Can-Do approach;
— 1 year of work experience as SRE or relevant IT support experience;
— Experience in IT system Linux;
— Well experienced in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK);
— OS-level virtualization (LXC, Docker, etc.);
— Strong knowledge http protocol;
— Knowledge CI/CD (TeamCity, Jenkins);
— Good understanding of and experience with managing incidents;
— Experience with Puppet, Ansible is preferred;
— AWS experience preferable;
— NAT is required.

Responsibilities
— Handling day-to-day production issues, provide first level technical support for the platform;
— Communicate with service requesters to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technology issues;
— Open/Update/Resolve incidents and monitor and provide quick resolution to issues;
— Monitor and proactively respond to alarms and alerts;
— Respond to emergency situations as assigned;
— Maintain change management and capacity planning;
— Work with DevOps, System and Network teams to resolve complex issues;
— Perform other related duties as required or assigned by your manager;
— Stay current with system information, changes and updates;
— Self-motivated, ability to multi-task in enterprise environment.
