Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Required skills

— English — C1+
— 1+ years experience doing cold SaaS sales for US/EU markets;
— robust experience with the SDR toolset for prospecting and cold outreach (i.e.,, Lemlist, Contactout, Aeroleads etc.);
— the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better;
— the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals;
— are naturally curious and passionate;
— the technical aptitude to master sales tools on their own;
— the ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.

— work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies;
— conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to find and outreach new potential clients through cold emails, LinkedIn etc.;
— schedule Metadialog demo meetings for sales team;
— find Metadialog business growth opportunities via outreaching potential resellers;

Project description

Our SDRs research prospective customers, create outreach strategies and identify sales opportunities. As an SDR, you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Metadialog could help a business grow.
