— Receiving and processing requests from company employees via Jira Service Management and Skype regarding various company product-related issues;
— Working with internal CRM: configuration, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues;
— Supporting a custom Telegram client: user account management, coordinating new version installations, collecting feedback, and maintaining documentation;
— Communicating with development teams in case of complex incidents.
