— Ability to work with cold candidate sourcing;
— Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle;
— Experience working with CRM systems and recruitment automation tools;
— Ability to conduct interviews in English (B2 level or higher).

— Searching for and hiring IT and non-IT professionals;
— Maintaining and updating the candidate database in the CRM system;
— Conducting global talent searches, identifying and recruiting candidates from different regions and time zones;
— Staying updated on the latest recruitment trends and tools to continuously optimize the hiring process.
