IT & Security Specialist (part-time or full-time)

— Solid experience in IT support, IT management, or software project coordination (min. 3 years preferred);
— Hands-on skills in at least one programming or scripting language;
— Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset;
— Experience with user support, account setups, and system administration;
— Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.);
— Basic knowledge of IT security principles;
— Strong organizational and coordination abilities;
— English level B2+;
— Proactive, self-starter attitude.

Обов’язки

— Provide hands-on IT support: troubleshoot issues, manage accounts, onboard/offboard staff;
— Coordinate and deliver IT improvement projects (automations, upgrades, software rollouts);
— Maintain and improve IT security protocols;
— Monitor risks, assist in incident response, and contribute to security documentation;
— Collaborate with sysadmin, automation engineer, and IT lead.
