— 3+ years of practical experience in HR;
— knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices;
— strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail;
— the ability to be flexible, keep up with the times and use AI tools;
— B1+ English.

— conducting and analyzing surveys within the team and company;
— supporting internal communications and promoting corporate culture.
