Required skills
— 2+ years of Kotlin development
— Android UX/UI guidelines knowledge and Material Design
— Skills to use design patterns, architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVP, MVC
— Work with architecture components and Android Jetpack library
— Proven experience with RxJava2 Dagger 2 Retrofit 2 libraries;
— Experience with Kotlin Coroutines;
— Working with Git, Android Studio, Gradle
— Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
— Knowledge of TDD and unit-testing for mobile functions
— High level of personal responsibility, communication, pro-activity, work in a flat structure
— Ability to recruit, develop and mentor junior or mid-level staff members;
— English — basic level;

Responsibilities
— Taking part in the migration from Xamarin development to native Kotlin;
— Build reusable code/components;
— Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features;
— Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application;
— Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
— Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization;
— Support and develop junior and mid-level by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
