— At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT-industry
— At least 2 year of working with foreign audiences (USA, Europe)
— Practical experience with ClickUp and other relevant PM tools
— Background in Design
— Excellent level of the English language (С1 verbal communication with the client)
— Understanding of Agile methodologies.

— Setting and monitoring tasks for the team
— Building and developing customer relations
— Clarification of goals, plans, tasks, needs of the client
— Suggestions for optimization and improvement of already running projects/processes
— Presentation of design solutions to the clients
— Creation and maintenance of project management documentation.
