— 2+ years of experience in IT companies (Outstaff & Outsource)
— deep knowledge of searching leads on LinkedIn, AngelList, Crunchbase, Clutch, Xsing, etc
— good understanding of the IT tech stacks/software development technologies
— experience working with Email newsletters
— ability to analyze and compile ICP
— results-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
— good time management and prioritization skills
— excellent communication skills
— level of English is B1+.

— generation of potential leads through LinkedIn/Email and other channels
— writing custom cover letters, outreach messages, and follows up
— communication (written) with cold leads and their transformation into warm ones
— import of lead data into the CRM system
— launch of outgoing campaigns to attract potential leads
— maintain a database (Pipedrive) and work with tools such as Expandi, Reply.io, Sales Navigator, etc
— testing of new tools and approaches in lead generation
— track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of different lead-generation channels and strategies
— conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion
— qualify leads using the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Time) to ensure alignment with our solutions.
