Influencer Marketing Specialist (B2B SaaS, US Market)

— 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B or SaaS.
— Proven success with the US market: understanding of local platforms, audience behavior, and influencer collaboration norms.
— Strong portfolio of previous integrations or campaigns (case studies over resumes).
— Self-starter attitude: you’ll be building our influencer program from scratch.
— Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
— Experience working with EdTech or HRTech platforms is a big plus.

— Research and identify relevant micro and mid-tier influencers (mostly on LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, and niche platforms) in the B2B SaaS space.
— Build outreach strategies, initiate contact, and negotiate collaborations.
— Manage influencer relationships end-to-end: from discovery to execution and reporting.
— Launch and track influencer campaigns that target decision-makers and operators in US-based SaaS companies.
— Collaborate with our internal team of PPC manager, email marketer, and designer to ensure brand consistency.
