Talent Acquisition Specialist \ Technical Recruiter
— Proven experience in IT Recruiting and Talent Acquisition;
— Understanding of the basic IT Technologies terminology;
— Knowledges of how to search for the best talents in IT world, confidentiality in communication with candidates via different messengers, sites;
— Experience in full cycle IT recruitment process;
— Familiarity with ATS System
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— Willingness to effectively collaborate with other team members;
— Intermediate level of spoken and written English;

— Manage full-cycle of recruiting procecess;
— Conducting screening interviews with candidates, be present on a tech interviews with tech experts;
— Providing candidates with feedback after each interview stage;
— Be responsible of the effectiveness of your recruiting process — give the recommendations to interviewers if needed, voice about the bottlenecks if you catch it, and initiate the improvements;
— Maintaining long-term relationships with potential future candidates;
— Posting vacancies on internet job sources, updating information in the database;
— Maintaining the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports.
