HR Specialist


Required skills

— Great communication and negotiation skills;
— Understanding of Human Psychology and Human development patterns;
— Experience in HR-related processes (adaptation, performance review, probation period control, etc.);
— Ability to organize and maintain healthy employee relations;
— Attention to details;
— Problem-solving vision and high level of empathy;
— Understanding of the IT terminology;

As a plus

— Intermediate or high English level;
— Experience with event management.

— Organizing onboarding of the specialists and support them during the trial period (first day, first week, first month. etc);
— Provide regular one-on-one meetings with managers and employees;
— Assess results from our employee performance reviews;
— Implementation of the dismissal process, conducting an exit interview and give feedback;
— Inserting and updating data about employees in the “HRMS” (history, personal data, etc);
— Promoting Company values and HR Brand;
— Organize corporate events and team-buildings;
